How do I receive a project quotation?
Send the installation country, application, screen size or available space, quantity, operating hours, software requirements and target schedule. RSXD can review the configuration and quotation scope with you.
Can the displays be customized?
The supplied portfolio includes custom enclosures, branding and system configurations. Availability depends on the product and project. Confirm drawings, sample approval, minimum quantity and included engineering work in the quotation.
What should be confirmed before an order?
Approve the exact panel, dimensions, weight, operating system, player, interfaces, software scope, installation method, relevant compliance documents, packing and after-sales terms for the quoted configuration.
Are specifications identical across the range?
No. Family-level ranges describe different configurations. The final model specification, drawing and commercial quotation govern the delivered system.
Is this transparent OLED or transparent LED?
This portfolio is transparent LCD. The optical system and lighting requirements differ from OLED and LED products. Specify the exact technology in the purchase brief.
